In order to keep our prices as low as we can go in the stressed economy we are not keeping the office completely staffed. When we go to trade shows or gatherings the office will be closed with the exception of phone messages and emails. Orders may still be placed and questions answered via email. These changes will at times result in making our shipping time to our customers longer, as we may be unable to ship orders within 24 hours. Please try to place your orders in advance of expecting the need for them so they may get to you in time. If you need something shipped quickly, we will do our best to get you order out to you quickly, please tell us your time constraints in the comments section of the order page. Our customers still remain our most valuable resource and Duds 4 Buds will still continue to serve you as efficiently as possible while keeping our prices low.
Duds 4 buds will continually search for the fastest and most economical shipping possible. At this time that mode of shipping is Priority Mail - with the US Postal Service. There are several selections to choose from on the Duds 4 Buds order sheet along with a comments area for anything you as the customer feels we need to know about you or your hound.

Please state the reason for the return. Apparel that has been altered specifically for you dog is not returnable. Apparel worn by the dog for more than just the "try on" for fitting, is not returnable. Items that are dirty or that have been washed are not returnable.
