Wonderful as a stand alone jacket or as an under-vest in colder weather. The Jacket / Under-vest is makd of a diamond quilted cotton outer shell and lined with fleece. The jacket sports a black cotton ribbed turtle neck. One velcro closure makes for easy dressing.
